5 Habits for a Longer Life
One key message that I want all people under 20 years of age to fully realise, is they must start staying healthy immediately. They mustn't think they're youth is a buffer zone to drink lots of alcohol and swallow lots of sugary foods.
It is so easy to think you will live forever when you are a teenager. It is easy to think you will be able to physically keep doing what you currently feel you can do.
The good news is you can maintain your youth - BUT - you must know and follow these habits to live a healthy and a longer life.

It is so easy to think you will live forever when you are a teenager. It is easy to think you will be able to physically keep doing what you currently feel you can do.
The good news is you can maintain your youth - BUT - you must know and follow these habits to live a healthy and a longer life.
Here are five habits that you must drive.
1: Eat right: Fruits and veggies, they are a delight. Whole grains, lean protein, appease your appetite. Processed foods, sugary drinks, they must be banned. A healthy diet should be what you have planned.
2: Exercise: Move your body, it's the key to your being. 30 minutes a day, most days of the week will feel so freeing. Strength training, cardio, both are good to find. Make this your norm and leave the bad habits behind.
3: Sleep: 7-8 hours a night, this is what you must do. Your body needs this time to repair and renew. When you sleep, your cells are working hard. So don't stay up late, else your mind will feel jarred.
4: Manage stress: Find healthy ways to rest. Yoga, meditation, exercise, they're the best. When you're stressed, your body goes into fight-or-flight. So take care of yourself, and do what's right.
5: Maintain a healthy weight: It's important for your youth. Being obese will increase your risks and that's the truth! Lose weight if you need to, and keep it off. It's not easy, but it's worth it, don't scoff!
These are the 5 habits that can help you live a longer life. So follow them and you'll be in good shape to avoid strife.
And remember. It takes time and a lot of hard work. But it's worth it in the long run, so don't be a jerk!
