  2. Managing triggers are really important. If you can recognize what triggers you to react certain ways you can literally change so many situation outcomes. I find if I am getting angry, I stop myself and ask why exactly, and how can I rethink this to not feel angry. Sounds really simple right? But it is that simple. Pretty much all of the time I realize that I am not really angry at all, it is just that I was immediately being triggered into the wrong state of mind.
