  2. Like all tools. Unless you use them you won't get their benefit. Self Imp books are great if you understand and apply what they are telling you to do. I have read so many which now remain on my book shelf. If I had to name one book that really changed me it would be the bible. People don't think of that as being a self imp book but it is the original, cannot get any better. I wish you well whomever is reading this. You can accomplish anything if you set your mind to it.
