👣 Avoid smoking and excessive alcohol consumption. These substances can damage your body and impair your performance.

If you follow these tips, you can help your body maintain its peak performance for longer. But even if you do everything right, your body's peak performance will eventually decline. That's just a fact of life. But if you take care of your body, you can delay the decline and enjoy a lifetime of good health and performance.

If you service it regularly and don't throttle it, you will extend its life and it will be reliable and its performance will be maintained for longer. In the same way you need to service your body by undertaking the tips mentioned above.
