Barbie is everywhere right now thanks to the new film. Starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, it has grossed about $459 million domestically and $572 million internationally !! since its premiere on July 21, that's according to Box Office Mojo.

Barbie is a phenomenon make no mistake. Many children (and adults!) look up to her - or is it look down to her (hey she stands at 11.5 inches tall) - and so I think it was about time we delved into her diet.

So, if Barbie were a real person (you do know this?), then her diet would likely focus on maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle to stay in shape, just like anyone else striving for fitness and well-being.

Okay, let's have a hypothetical look at what Barbie's diet might include:

1. Lean Proteins:

Barbie would likely consume lean sources of protein to support her muscle maintenance and overall health. This could include options like skinless chicken, turkey, lean cuts of beef, fish (like salmon and tuna), tofu, and legumes.
